Stefan Krzeczunowicz joined Hemson in 2004 as part of the firm’s municipal finance practice though his professional interests extend to all of the firm’s areas of practice. He has particular expertise in the areas of fees and charges, fiscal impact analysis, brownfield redevelopment, and growth management. Stefan received his Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and subsequently worked for McGill for two years as a fundraiser. In 1999 he embarked for Ireland for four years to conduct Ph.D. research in seventeenth century economic, social, and political history, with a particular emphasis on English migration to Ireland. He has also lectured in history at the undergraduate level. Stefan is an Ontario Professional Land Economist. Stefan has traveled to more than thirty countries but has now settled in Leslieville with his family. He enjoys all forms of sport and is an aspiring home renovator. He is also an avid genealogist. Despite the difficulties, he will never change his last name. |
