Raymond Law has been a consultant at Hemson since 2002. He specializes in computer modeling and has created fiscal models for water and wastewater rates, planning and development fee rates, long-range financial planning, and development related infrastructure financing. Raymond joined Hemson as part of the vacancy verification team, assisting the City of Toronto and the Town of Newmarket in processing tax rebates for vacant commercial and industrial properties. He is currently the manager of the firm’s vacancy verification practice.

Raymond received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto with a double major in Philosophy and Anthropology. It was also at the University of Toronto where he undertook Masters studies in logistics.

Raymond calls Scarborough home but in his spare time can usually be found at Shannonville Motorsports Park, Mosport International Raceway or the Dunnville Autodrome.
