Patrick Barbieri joined Hemson in 2006 as part of the firm’s vacancy verification practice and in this capacity assisted the City of Toronto with processing tax rebates for vacant commercial and industrial properties. He currently leads the firm’s graphics and data management operations. Patrick is also responsible for all Geographical Information Systems (GIS) work at Hemson.

Patrick completed the Real Property Assessment and Administration Program at Seneca College after three years study at the University of Western Ontario. He is continuing his education through the University of British Columbia’s Diploma in Urban Land Economics and is working to achieve associate membership with the Institute of Municipal Assessors and the Association of Ontario Land Economists.

An accomplished minor league hockey player in his own right, Patrick now coaches the Midget AA Hillcrest Summits Hockey Club and enjoys playing recreational hockey, tennis, and golf.
