Jason Bevan joined Hemson in 2006 as a consultant in the firm’s municipal finance and planning areas of practice. He specializes in development charges, municipal taxation policy, and local and regional planning.

Jason received his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Masters in Planning from York University. The subject of his Masters thesis was development charges and municipal finance policy. Jason is a provisional member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.

Jason lives in downtown Toronto. Depending on the season, he spends many of his weekends snowboarding or golfing in central Ontario.
