Jennifer Nelson
Senior Consultant
Jennifer Nelson joined Hemson as a Senior Consultant in the fall of 2008. She has over 20 years of professional experience all areas of municipal finance, including: budgeting and forecasting; development charges; policy and procedure creation and implementation; business process review; and financial system review and implementation. Though Jennifer’s professional interests are in accounting, she has particular expertise in the areas of fees and charges, fiscal impact analysis, development charges, and rate setting.
Jennifer lives in Markham. In her spare time, when she is not busy at various sporting activities with her two teenage sons, she enjoys travelling, boating, good food, great wine, and the company of family and friends.
