Janet Lee
Consultant
Janet Lee joined the municipal finance practice at Hemson as a Consultant in the spring of 2007. Her expertise is mainly in the areas of rate setting, development charges and fiscal impact analysis for municipalities in Ontario. Janet received her Honours Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, specializing in Urban & Economic Geography.
Janet enjoys living in downtown Toronto in the Trinity-Bellwoods neighbourhood where she spends her free time enjoying public spaces, local music, and cuisine. Janet is an enthusiastic back-country camper and has canoed through the French River, Lake Temagami, Algonquin and other Provincial Parks.
